# Steps to Follow:
01 - Preheat the oven to 400°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
02 - Pat the cod fillets dry using paper towels and arrange them evenly on the prepared baking sheet.
03 - In a medium bowl, combine breadcrumbs, lemon zest, dill, parsley, Parmesan cheese, olive oil, sea salt, and black pepper. Stir until the mixture is evenly coated with oil and herbs.
04 - Press the breadcrumb mixture firmly on top of each cod fillet to form an even crust.
05 - Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and bake for 15 to 20 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the fish flakes easily with a fork.
