08 - 2 cups shredded romaine lettuce

# Steps to Follow:
01 - Combine mayonnaise, chipotle peppers, lime juice, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a small bowl. Adjust chipotle quantity to desired heat. Set aside.
02 - Heat a large skillet over medium heat and cook bacon until crispy. Drain excess fat on paper towels.
03 - Warm tortillas briefly in a dry skillet or microwave until flexible.
04 - Spread approximately 2 tablespoons of chipotle mayo evenly over each tortilla. Layer shredded lettuce, tomato slices, red onion, and avocado if using down the center.
05 - Place 2 slices of crispy bacon atop each layered tortilla. Fold sides inward and roll tightly. Slice in half if preferred and serve immediately.
