01 - 2 cups plain or vanilla Greek yogurt

→ Fruits

02 - 1 cup fresh mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
03 - 1 medium banana, sliced

05 - 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup

# Steps to Follow:
