# Steps to Follow:
01 - Preheat oven to 400°F. Line a sheet pan with parchment paper.
02 - Combine black beans, corn, bell pepper, red onion, cumin, smoked paprika, chili powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl. Toss to evenly distribute.
03 - Place a tortilla flat and slice from center to edge, creating one cut.
04 - Mentally divide tortilla into four quarters; fill one with bean mixture, next with cheddar cheese, third with Monterey Jack cheese, and reserve the fourth for optional toppings.
05 - Starting at the cut, fold first quarter over the second, then over the third, and finally over the fourth, forming a layered triangle.
06 - Repeat filling and folding process for remaining tortillas and ingredients.
