02 - 1 medium ripe banana, peeled

03 - 1 scoop vanilla protein powder, approximately 1 ounce

→ Liquids

04 - 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
05 - 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt

→ Seeds

06 - 1 tablespoon chia seeds
