# Steps to Follow:
01 - Combine cream cheese, shredded cheddar, chives, parsley, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and salt in a large bowl; mix until smooth and thoroughly blended.
02 - Divide the mixture into 16 portions, making 8 larger balls for bodies and 8 smaller balls for heads.
03 - Roll each ball in your choice of pecans, shredded coconut, or grated Parmesan. Place smaller balls atop larger ones on a parchment-lined tray, gently pressing to adhere.
04 - Refrigerate assembled snowmen for at least 1 hour to allow firming.
05 - Use black peppercorns or olive pieces for eyes and buttons, insert mini carrot sticks or slices for noses, wrap chive stems or bell pepper strips as scarves, and add pretzel sticks for arms if desired.
