01 - 1 1/2 cups (12 fl oz) full-fat or low-fat cottage cheese
02 - 1/2 cup (4 fl oz) plain unsweetened Greek yogurt

03 - 1/3 cup (2 1/2 tbsp) unsweetened cocoa powder
04 - 1/4 cup (2 tbsp) dark chocolate chips, melted (optional)

05 - 3 tbsp honey or maple syrup, adjusted to taste
06 - 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
07 - Pinch of sea salt

# Steps to Follow:
01 - Combine cottage cheese, Greek yogurt, cocoa powder, honey or maple syrup, vanilla extract, and sea salt in a food processor or high-speed blender.
02 - Process until the mixture is completely smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides as needed.
03 - If using, add the melted dark chocolate and blend again until fully integrated.
04 - Taste the mousse and adjust the sweetness by adding more honey or maple syrup if desired.
05 - Spoon the mixture into serving cups or bowls, smoothing the top surfaces.
06 - Cover and place in the refrigerator for at least one hour to allow the mousse to set.
