# What You'll Need:

01 - 2 packages ramen noodles, seasoning packets discarded
02 - 12 to 15 frozen dumplings, pork, chicken, or vegetarian

→ Sauce & Broth

03 - 3 tablespoons soy sauce
04 - 2 tablespoons oyster sauce or vegetarian oyster sauce
05 - 1 tablespoon sesame oil
06 - 3 cloves garlic, minced
07 - 1 teaspoon fresh ginger, grated
08 - 1 cup chicken or vegetable broth

→ Toppings

09 - 3 stalks green onions, chopped
10 - 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella or cheddar cheese, optional
11 - 1/4 cup panko breadcrumbs, optional

# Steps to Follow:

01 - Preheat oven to 375°F. Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish and set aside.
02 - Bring water to boil in a medium saucepan. Add ramen noodles and cook for 2 minutes until slightly undercooked. Drain thoroughly and reserve.
03 - In a medium bowl, whisk together soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, minced garlic, grated ginger, and broth until fully combined.
04 - Distribute half of the cooked ramen noodles evenly in the prepared baking dish. Arrange frozen dumplings in a single layer on top. Cover with remaining noodles.
05 - Pour sauce mixture evenly over the entire dish. Using tongs or a spatula, gently press down and distribute all ingredients to ensure even moisture distribution.
06 - Cover dish tightly with aluminum foil and bake for 20 minutes at 375°F.
07 - Remove foil and sprinkle cheese or panko breadcrumbs if using over the top. Bake uncovered for 10 to 15 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly or breadcrumbs are golden.
08 - Remove from oven and sprinkle chopped green onions over the top. Allow to cool slightly before serving directly from the baking dish.
