08 - 4 flour tortillas (10-inch)

# Steps to Follow:

01 - In a large bowl, combine chopped romaine lettuce, cooked chicken, Caesar dressing, Parmesan cheese, and croutons. Toss with tongs until evenly coated. Season with kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste. Add additional dressing if desired. Set aside.
02 - Warm the flour tortillas in a large skillet over medium heat for 15 to 30 seconds on each side until pliable. Alternatively, microwave tortillas between paper towels for 15 to 30 seconds. Keep warmed tortillas covered with a kitchen towel to retain softness.
03 - Lay the warmed tortillas on a clean surface. Distribute the salad mixture evenly in the center of each tortilla.
04 - Fold in the sides of each tortilla, then roll tightly burrito-style to encase the filling. Secure with a toothpick if necessary.
05 - Serve wraps whole or halved as preferred.
