01 - 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch pieces

→ Breading

02 - 1 cup panko breadcrumbs

→ Sauce

03 - 1/2 cup sweet chili sauce
04 - 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
05 - 1 tablespoon Sriracha (optional)

# Steps to Follow:

01 - Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
02 - Dredge the chicken pieces in panko breadcrumbs, pressing to ensure adherence. Arrange them in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
03 - Bake the coated chicken for 12 to 15 minutes, turning once halfway through, until golden brown and cooked to an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
04 - In a bowl, combine the sweet chili sauce with Sriracha if using, stirring to blend.
05 - In a separate small bowl, mix mayonnaise with 2 tablespoons of the sweet chili mixture to create the dipping sauce.
06 - Once baked, toss the chicken bites with the remaining sweet chili sauce until evenly coated.
07 - Serve immediately alongside the sweet chili mayonnaise dipping sauce.
