# Steps to Follow:
01 - Preheat oven to 300°F. Line two large baking sheets with parchment paper.
02 - Remove tough stems from kale and tear leaves into bite-sized pieces.
03 - Place kale pieces into a large bowl. Drizzle with olive oil, then sprinkle with sea salt, black pepper, and optional spices. Toss thoroughly to coat evenly.
04 - Spread kale in a single layer on prepared baking sheets without overlapping.
05 - Bake for 12 to 15 minutes, rotating sheets halfway through, until edges are crisp but not browned. Monitor closely to prevent burning.
06 - Remove from oven and allow to cool for a few minutes before serving.
