01 - 7 oz feta cheese, crumbled
02 - 3.5 oz cream cheese, softened
03 - 2 tbsp Greek yogurt

04 - 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil, plus more for drizzling
05 - 1 tsp lemon zest
06 - 1 tbsp lemon juice
07 - 1 small garlic clove, minced

→ Toppings

08 - 2 tbsp honey
09 - 1 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
10 - 1 tbsp fresh mint, chopped
11 - 1/2 tsp cracked black pepper
12 - Pinch of crushed red pepper flakes (optional)

→ For Serving

13 - Pita chips, crostini, or fresh vegetables

# Steps to Follow:

01 - In a food processor, blend feta, cream cheese, Greek yogurt, olive oil, lemon zest, lemon juice, and minced garlic until smooth and creamy, about 2 to 3 minutes, scraping down the sides as needed.
02 - Taste the mixture and add extra lemon juice or olive oil if needed to balance flavors.
03 - Transfer the whipped mixture to a shallow serving bowl.
04 - Create swirls on the surface with the back of a spoon, then drizzle generously with honey and a little olive oil.
05 - Sprinkle chopped dill, mint, cracked black pepper, and optional crushed red pepper flakes evenly over the top.
06 - Present immediately accompanied by pita chips, crostini, or fresh vegetables for dipping.
