# What You'll Need:
→ Vegetables
01 - 1 bell pepper, sliced
02 - 1 cup broccoli florets
03 - 1 carrot, julienned
→ Aromatics
04 - 2 cloves garlic, minced
→ Sauce
05 - 2 tablespoons soy sauce
06 - 1 tablespoon honey
07 - 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
08 - 1 teaspoon sesame oil
→ Cooking Oil
09 - Olive oil, for cooking
# Steps to Follow:
01 - Slice the bell pepper, cut the broccoli into florets, and julienne the carrot. Mince the garlic cloves.
02 - Heat a wok over medium-high heat and add a drizzle of olive oil. Add the minced garlic and cook for 30 seconds, then add the prepared vegetables. Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until the vegetables begin to soften but retain a crisp texture.
03 - In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, and sesame oil until well combined.
04 - Pour the homemade teriyaki sauce over the vegetables in the wok. Toss to coat and cook for an additional 2 minutes, allowing the sauce to thicken slightly and the vegetables to glaze.
