# Additional Tips::

01 -
  • It tastes like you spent hours in the kitchen when you really just assembled beautiful ingredients and hit freeze.
  • Those creamy-crunchy-sweet layers keep surprising your mouth every single bite.
  • You can make it ahead and feel like the most prepared person at any gathering.
02 -
  • If your yogurt is too thick to spread, warm the spoon under hot water and use it to smooth out the layer—yogurt responds beautifully to gentle heat without melting.
  • The strawberries will release a tiny bit of water when frozen, which is why you don't layer them too early; they should go on just before freezing so they stay bright and don't make the bark soggy.
03 -
  • Use full-fat Greek yogurt if you want that luxurious, creamy mouthfeel—the low-fat version is lighter but doesn't freeze quite as satisfyingly.
  • Toast your pistachios very lightly in a dry pan before chopping them, and the nuttiness becomes almost intoxicating against the cold yogurt and fresh berries.
