Savor steak and pasta with sweet, spicy garlic sauce for a bold, satisfying main course.

# What You'll Need:

→ For the steak

01 - 1 pound sirloin or ribeye steak, thinly sliced
02 - 2 cloves garlic, minced
03 - 1 tablespoon soy sauce
04 - 1 tablespoon honey
05 - 1 teaspoon chili flakes or Sriracha

→ For the pasta

06 - 8 ounces pasta such as penne, spaghetti, or linguine
07 - 2 tablespoons butter
08 - 1/4 cup chicken or beef broth
09 - Salt, to taste
10 - Black pepper, to taste

# Steps to Follow:

01 - Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the pasta according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
02 - Season the sliced steak generously with salt and pepper. In a large skillet over medium-high heat, melt the butter. Add the steak in a single layer and sear until browned on both sides, about 2–3 minutes. Remove the steak from the pan and keep warm.
03 - Reduce heat to medium. Add minced garlic to the same skillet and sauté until fragrant, about 30 seconds. Stir in soy sauce, honey, chili flakes or Sriracha, and broth. Simmer for 2 minutes, allowing the sauce to thicken slightly.
04 - Return the steak and drained pasta to the skillet. Toss to coat thoroughly in the sauce, ensuring everything is evenly heated and glazed. Adjust seasoning with additional salt and pepper, if necessary.
