01 - Set oven to 425°F and allow to fully preheat.
02 - Combine halved Brussels sprouts with olive oil, salt, and black pepper in a large bowl. Toss thoroughly to coat.
03 - Arrange Brussels sprouts in a single layer on a baking sheet. Roast in the upper third of the oven for 20 to 25 minutes, shaking the pan halfway through, until edges are golden brown and crispy.
04 - Remove the baking sheet from the oven. Drizzle Brussels sprouts immediately with balsamic glaze and honey. Toss gently to ensure even coating.
05 - Transfer Brussels sprouts to a serving dish. Serve warm.
