Strawberry Yogurt Clusters Delight (Print Version)

Creamy Greek yogurt envelops fresh strawberries, coated in chocolate for a refreshing frozen snack.

# What You'll Need:

→ Fruit & Yogurt

01 - 1½ cups fresh strawberries, hulled and chopped
02 - 1 cup Greek yogurt, plain or vanilla
03 - 1 to 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup (optional)
04 - ½ teaspoon pure vanilla extract

→ Chocolate Coating

05 - 7 oz dark or milk chocolate, chopped or in chips
06 - 1 tablespoon coconut oil (optional)

# Steps to Follow:

01 - In a medium bowl, combine Greek yogurt, honey or maple syrup if using, and vanilla extract. Stir until smooth.
02 - Gently fold in the chopped strawberries until evenly coated.
03 - Line a baking sheet with parchment paper to prevent sticking.
04 - Scoop heaping tablespoons of the strawberry-yogurt mixture onto the parchment-lined baking sheet, spacing them slightly apart to form approximately 16 clusters.
05 - Place the clusters in the freezer for 1 to 2 hours, or until solid and firm.
06 - Melt the chocolate with coconut oil, if using, in a microwave-safe bowl in 20-second increments, stirring between each until smooth.
07 - Dip each frozen cluster into the melted chocolate using a fork, ensuring full coverage. Allow excess chocolate to drip off, then return clusters to the parchment-lined sheet.
08 - Freeze coated clusters again for at least 30 minutes until the chocolate is fully set.
09 - Enjoy clusters directly from the freezer. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the freezer for up to 2 weeks.

# Additional Tips::

01 -
  • They're ridiculously easy to make and look impressive enough to serve at a dinner party.
  • The contrast between creamy yogurt, bright strawberries, and crisp chocolate hits every texture and flavor note.
  • Perfect excuse to eat something cold and naturally sweet without guilt.
02 -
  • If your chocolate seems too thick for dipping, don't add milk—add just a tiny bit more coconut oil, which keeps it smooth without thinning it out too much.
  • Frozen strawberry pieces shed a little water as they thaw, so don't leave these at room temperature too long or the yogurt layer gets weepy.
03 -
  • Pat your strawberries completely dry before chopping—any extra moisture can make the yogurt layer separate during freezing.
  • If you forget to add honey and find the mixture too tart, you can still stir it in before scooping.
