# Steps to Follow:
01 - Wash and dry all vegetables thoroughly.
02 - Slice cucumber, carrots, zucchini, and beet into 1/2-inch thick slabs, then dice into 1/2-inch cubes. Cut bell peppers into 1/2-inch strips, then dice into cubes of the same size. Halve cherry tomatoes if large; keep small ones whole. Cut feta cheese into 1/2-inch cubes.
03 - Arrange vegetables and cheese cubes in colorful layered stacks of three cubes each, alternating colors and flavors.
04 - Tie each stack gently with a chive stalk or a thin strip of bell pepper to resemble a gift box ribbon.
05 - Sprinkle finely chopped chives or green onions and sesame seeds (if using) over the stacks.
