15 - 1/4 tsp black pepper
16 - 1/2 tsp onion powder
17 - 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg (optional)

→ Decoration (optional)

18 - Cherry tomatoes or olives (for eyes and nose)

# Steps to Follow:

01 - In a large bowl, mix flour, yeast, sugar, and salt until evenly distributed.
02 - Add warm water and olive oil to dry ingredients and stir until a dough forms.
03 - Turn dough onto a floured surface and knead for 8–10 minutes until smooth and elastic.
04 - Place dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let rise in a warm spot for 45–60 minutes until doubled in size.
05 - In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream, Parmesan, mozzarella, garlic, salt, pepper, onion powder, and nutmeg. Fold in chopped spinach until blended.
06 - Preheat oven to 350°F. Punch down dough and divide into two portions. Roll the larger portion into a rope about 9 inches in diameter and form a ring on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Shape the smaller portion into antlers and attach securely to the ring.
07 - Make a shallow slit along the top of the ring without cutting through, then gently spoon the spinach dip into the opening.
08 - Brush the entire dough surface with beaten egg to promote browning.
09 - Bake for 25–30 minutes until the bread is golden and cooked through and the filling is bubbling.
10 - Optionally, place cherry tomatoes or olives on the dough to resemble eyes and a nose, completing the reindeer look.
11 - Serve the bread warm allowing guests to pull apart and enjoy the spinach dip.
