# What You'll Need:

01 - 7 oz Brie cheese, rind trimmed, cut into 24 cubes

→ Pastry

02 - 1 sheet (9 oz) frozen puff pastry, thawed

→ Sauce

03 - 1/2 cup cranberry sauce (homemade or store-bought)

→ Garnish (Optional)

04 - 2 tablespoons chopped pecans or walnuts
05 - 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, finely chopped

# Steps to Follow:

01 - Preheat the oven to 400°F. Lightly grease a 24-cup mini muffin tin with nonstick spray or line with parchment squares.
02 - On a lightly floured surface, roll the thawed puff pastry into a 12 x 12 inch square. Cut into 24 equal squares.
03 - Gently press each square into a muffin cup to form a shell.
04 - Place one Brie cube into each pastry cup evenly.
