20-Minute Chicken Quesadillas (Print Version)

01 - 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
02 - 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
03 - 1/2 cup diced bell peppers
04 - 4 large flour tortillas
05 - Olive oil, for cooking

# Steps to Follow:

01 - Heat a thin layer of olive oil over medium heat in a large nonstick skillet.
02 - Place one tortilla in the skillet. Evenly distribute half of the shredded chicken, cheddar cheese, and diced bell peppers over the tortilla. Top with a second tortilla.
03 - Cook for 2 to 3 minutes until the underside is golden brown and crisp.
04 - Carefully flip the quesadilla using a spatula. Cook the other side for another 2 to 3 minutes until golden and the cheese is melted.
05 - Remove cooked quesadilla from the skillet. Repeat with remaining ingredients to prepare the second quesadilla.
06 - Allow quesadillas to cool slightly, then slice into wedges and serve immediately.
