# Steps to Follow:

- Pour buttermilk into a shallow bowl. In a separate bowl, mix flour, cornmeal, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne pepper, salt, and black pepper. Dip each pickle chip or spear in buttermilk, then dredge thoroughly in flour mixture, pressing lightly to adhere the coating.
- Pour vegetable oil into a deep skillet to a depth of 2 inches and heat to 350°F (175°C). Fry the coated pickles in batches for 2 to 3 minutes per side until golden and crisp. Transfer to paper towels using a slotted spoon to drain.
- Arrange cheese slices on a flat surface and top each with a slice of turkey or ham if desired. Place a pickle spear along one edge and roll up firmly. Secure each roll with a toothpick if necessary. Repeat for remaining ingredients.
- On a serving platter, neatly arrange the fried pickles, pickled-wrapped bites, and assorted pickled vegetables.
- Combine ranch dressing, pickle brine, and chopped fresh dill in a small bowl until smooth. Serve the sauce alongside the platter.
