# Steps to Follow:

03 - Add shrimp to the pot. Season with salt, black pepper, and dried Italian herbs. Cook for 2 minutes per side until shrimp turn pink. Remove shrimp and set aside.
04 - Pour in chicken or vegetable broth and heavy cream. Stir to combine and bring to a gentle simmer.
05 - Add penne or rigatoni, stirring to submerge as much as possible. Cover and cook for 12 to 14 minutes, stirring occasionally, until pasta is al dente and liquid reduces to a velvety sauce.
06 - Stir in baby spinach and grated Parmesan cheese. Return the cooked shrimp to the pot and heat through for 2 minutes until spinach wilts and shrimp warm.
07 - Taste and adjust salt and pepper as needed. Serve immediately, garnished with torn fresh basil leaves and extra Parmesan cheese.
