01 - Preheat oven to 375°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, minced garlic, parsley, Parmesan cheese, black pepper, and salt until smooth.
03 - Fill each mushroom cap with the cream cheese mixture, mounding the filling slightly.
04 - Cut puff pastry into thin strips, about 1/4 inch wide. Arrange the strips over each stuffed mushroom to mimic mummy bandages, leaving spaces for the eyes.
05 - Brush pastry strips lightly with beaten egg. Place two black olive slices on each mushroom to create eyes.
06 - Arrange prepared mushrooms on the baking sheet. Bake for 18 to 20 minutes or until the pastry is golden and mushrooms are tender.
07 - Allow stuffed mushrooms to cool slightly before serving.
