08 - Freshly ground black pepper, to taste
09 - Pinch dried oregano (optional)

# Steps to Follow:

01 - Lay the flour tortillas flat on a clean surface.
02 - Evenly spread half the hummus over the center of each tortilla, leaving a 1-inch border around the edges.
03 - Layer baby spinach, roasted red peppers, crumbled feta, and any optional vegetables over the hummus.
04 - Sprinkle freshly ground black pepper and dried oregano over the fillings, if using.
05 - Fold the sides of each tortilla inward, then roll tightly from the bottom to fully enclose the filling.
06 - Slice each wrap diagonally in half and serve immediately, or wrap tightly in foil or parchment for transport.

# Additional Tips::

01 -
  • It's ready in 10 minutes, which means you can feed yourself before hunger turns into a headache.
  • The hummus keeps everything moist while the feta adds that salty, creamy punch that makes you feel like you're eating something special.
  • You can customize it endlessly based on what's hiding in your vegetable drawer.
02 -
  • Don't skimp on the hummus spread or everything stays dry and disappointing—it's your moisture and your flavor base all in one.
  • Rolling tightly is the difference between a wrap that holds together and one that falls apart mid-bite; practice makes perfect, but even your first attempt is still delicious.
03 -
  • Keep your ingredients cold until the last minute—a cold wrap stays fresher longer and doesn't get soggy as quickly.
  • If you're packing it for later, keep the hummus on one side and the vegetables on the other until you're ready to eat, then assemble it fresh; this prevents any sogginess during transport.
