01 - Set the oven to 425°F and allow it to fully preheat.
02 - Arrange pita breads on a large baking sheet.
03 - Evenly spread tomato sauce over each pita using the back of a spoon.
04 - Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese across the entire surface of each pita.
05 - Distribute sliced bell peppers and red onions over each pita.
06 - Place in the oven and bake for 10–12 minutes, or until cheese is melted and edges are golden brown.
07 - Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before slicing and serving.
