01 - Pat chicken wings dry and season evenly with salt and freshly ground black pepper.
02 - Preheat grill to medium heat. Arrange chicken wings on the grill and cook for 20 minutes, turning every few minutes to ensure even grilling.
03 - Brush barbecue sauce generously onto wings during the last 5 minutes of grilling. Turn and baste several times until wings are sticky and lightly charred.
