# Steps to Follow:
01 - In a food processor, pulse chickpeas, red onion, garlic, parsley, cilantro, cumin, coriander, baking powder, chili flakes, salt, and black pepper until a coarse and sticky mixture forms. Add chickpea flour and pulse until fully incorporated.
02 - Transfer the mixture to a bowl. With damp hands, shape 18 to 20 small balls approximately 1.5 inches in diameter.
03 - Heat 1 inch of vegetable oil in a deep skillet over medium-high heat. Fry falafel in batches, turning occasionally, until golden and crisp, about 3 to 4 minutes per batch. Drain on paper towels.
04 - Place the variety of hummus and tzatziki dips in small bowls and arrange them on a large serving board.
