# Additional Tips::

01 -
  • It comes together in 10 minutes flat, which means you can have a frozen treat ready before your next craving even hits.
  • The tartness of Greek yogurt and the natural sweetness of berries create a perfect balance that doesn't feel overly indulgent.
  • Breaking it into pieces is somehow therapeutic and tastes infinitely better than scooping frozen yogurt from a cup.
02 -
  • I learned the hard way that spreading the yogurt too thin results in pieces that are almost chalky; aim for that 1/4 inch thickness and you'll get the perfect creamy-frozen balance.
  • If your berries are really wet, pat them dry first—excess moisture can make the bark separate or become icy rather than creamy.
03 -
  • Use full-fat Greek yogurt if you can find it; it freezes into a silkier, more luxurious texture than low-fat versions.
  • The secret to preventing ice crystals is ensuring your berries are completely dry before pressing them into the yogurt.
