01 - Using a rolling pin, flatten each slice of bread until thin and pliable.
02 - Spread 2 tablespoons cream cheese evenly over each bread slice. Arrange approximately 4 sliced strawberries on top. Place another slice on top to form a sandwich.
03 - Heat 1 inch of vegetable oil in a skillet over medium heat. Fry each sandwich for 2 minutes per side or until golden brown and crispy.
04 - Transfer fried sandwiches to a plate lined with paper towels. While still warm, dust both sides with granulated sugar.
