01 - 1 pound salmon, cut into bite-sized cubes
02 - 1/2 cup breadcrumbs or panko
03 - 1 large egg, beaten

06 - 1/4 cup mayonnaise
07 - 2 tablespoons sweet chili sauce
08 - 1 teaspoon sriracha sauce, or to taste

# Steps to Follow:

01 - Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Season salmon cubes with salt and black pepper. Dip each salmon piece into the beaten egg, then coat evenly with breadcrumbs or panko. Arrange coated salmon cubes in a single layer on a baking sheet.
02 - Bake salmon on the center rack for 12 to 15 minutes, or until golden and crisp and salmon is cooked through.
03 - In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, and sriracha until smooth. Gently toss hot salmon bites in the sauce or serve sauce on the side for dipping.
