01 - Cook twisted pasta in a large pot of boiling salted water according to package directions until al dente. Drain thoroughly and set aside.
02 - In a large nonstick skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant. Add cubed chicken breast and cook for 6–8 minutes, stirring occasionally, until fully cooked and lightly golden.
03 - Reduce heat to low and pour in heavy cream. Simmer gently for 2–3 minutes, then stir in the grated Parmesan cheese, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. Continue to cook for another 3–4 minutes, stirring frequently, until the sauce thickens and becomes smooth.
04 - Add the drained pasta into the skillet with the sauce and chicken. Toss thoroughly to coat the pasta evenly. Cook for an additional 1–2 minutes until hot, then remove from heat and serve immediately.
