04 - 1/2 cup chopped black olives
05 - 1/2 cup chopped roasted red peppers
06 - 2 tablespoons chopped pickled cauliflower (optional)
07 - 1 tablespoon diced garlic
08 - 2 tablespoons olive oil

09 - 1/2 pound sliced mortadella
10 - 1/2 pound sliced salami
11 - 1/2 pound sliced ham
12 - 1/2 pound sliced provolone or Swiss cheese
