# Additional Tips::

01 -
  • You assemble it in minutes before bed and wake up to breakfast that tastes like a treat you earned.
  • The layers look gorgeous in a glass jar, making you feel like you run a secret café out of your kitchen.
  • It keeps you full without weighing you down, thanks to the protein from peanut butter and the fiber from chia.
  • Kids and skeptical partners alike dig into it without realizing how healthy it actually is.
02 -
  • Do not skip the 10 minute rest after mixing the base, it prevents chia seeds from sinking into a gluey mass at the bottom.
  • Use a ripe banana with plenty of spots, underripe bananas stay firm and taste starchy instead of sweet.
  • Natural peanut butter can separate in the jar, so stir it well before spooning it into your layers or you will end up with oily puddles.
03 -
  • If your chia pudding turns out too thick, whisk in a splash of milk in the morning to loosen it up.
  • Layer in clear jars or glasses so you can admire your handiwork and feel like a breakfast artist.
  • Taste your cocoa layer before assembling, some cocoa powders are more bitter and may need an extra drizzle of sweetener.
