# Additional Tips::

01 -
  • The contrast between hot, crispy flatbread and cool, crisp romaine hits every texture craving in one bite
  • Ready in under 30 minutes but tastes like something from a restaurant that takes reservations
02 -
  • Let the chicken rest before slicing, or all the juices will run out and leave you with dry meat
  • Add the lettuce and tomatoes after baking so they stay crisp and fresh against the hot cheese
03 -
  • Dont skip crushing the croutons, they distribute better and you get crunch in every bite
  • Let the flatbreads cool 2 minutes before slicing, or the cheese runs everywhere
