01 - 1 large Granny Smith apple, cored and thinly sliced

02 - 8 graham cracker squares
03 - 4 large marshmallows
04 - 4 squares milk or dark chocolate
05 - 4 tablespoons caramel sauce

06 - 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon, for dusting

# Steps to Follow:

01 - Preheat broiler or set up a grill to medium heat.
02 - Arrange all graham cracker squares on a tray. Place one chocolate square on each of four crackers.
03 - Top each chocolate square with a large marshmallow.
04 - Place assembled crackers under the broiler or on the grill for 1 to 2 minutes, closely monitoring until marshmallows are golden and softened.
05 - Layer 2 to 3 apple slices over each warm marshmallow.
06 - Spoon 1 tablespoon caramel sauce over the apples on each stack. Sprinkle with ground cinnamon, if using.
07 - Top with remaining graham crackers and gently press to create sandwiches.
