10 - 1 tsp garlic powder
11 - ½ tsp salt

04 - Grill chicken breasts for 6 to 7 minutes per side until cooked through and juices run clear. Let rest for 5 minutes, then slice into strips.

06 - Top the mixture with sliced grilled chicken, Parmesan cheese, croutons, and freshly ground black pepper.
07 - Serve immediately warm or refrigerate for 30 minutes before serving chilled.

# Additional Tips::

01 -
  • It hits all the cravings at once—warm grilled chicken, cool crisp lettuce, creamy dressing, and satisfying pasta
  • The leftovers keep beautifully, making it one of those rare meal prep recipes that tastes just as good the next day
  • You can customize the protein and toppings based on what is in your fridge or what you are craving
02 -
  • Slicing the chicken against the grain after it rests makes all the difference between tender bites and tough chewy pieces
  • The pasta should be slightly warmer than room temperature when you toss it with the lettuce—the residual heat softens the romaine just enough
  • Wait until the last minute to add croutons or they will become completely soggy if the bowl sits too long
03 -
  • If the dressing feels too thick, whisk in a teaspoon of water or pasta water before tossing
  • Grill extra chicken at the beginning of the week for salads and sandwiches throughout the week
  • The bowl tastes best with a final dusting of freshly cracked black pepper right before serving
